Our goal is to assist people to achieve a higher level of physical, emotional, spiritual and mental well being.

We teach you simple techniques that will Empower you. That will help you to clear any negative beliefs you might have that are holding you back in life. Clearing the "short-circuit", the emotional block from your body's energy system, restoring your mind and body's balance,

literally reprogramming the body's response to stress. Creating more joy, a day-to-day life of better health and a clearer mental state. A positive side effect is nagging aches and pains suddenly disappear.

Although it is still often overlooked, emotional health is absolutely essential to your physical health and healing. No matter how devoted you are to a proper diet and lifestyle, you will not achieve your body's ideal healing and preventative powers if emotional barriers stand in your way.

The simple reality is that when it comes to intense emotional pain, out of sight is not out of mind. What is unhealed and harbored hurts us, limits us, disempowers us, lowers self-esteem, fuels over reactions, weakens our resistance to physical illness, diminishes the

quality of life, contaminates peace of mind, inhibits our capacity to love and blocks our ability to succeed in many endeavors. Volumes could be written about the adverse effects of unprocessed and unresolved emotional pain on ones life. When the emotional charge is gone, the old experiences will cease to hurt or to have power over you.

Most people cope with painful events by avoiding them. The techniques we use ease you though these painful events. In most cases we help you take the "emotional sting" out of the event before you experience it. This will help you to face emotional experiences with

confidence instead of avoiding them.
